EGU25 in Vienna
In April at the European Geoscience Union General Assembly 2025 in Vienna, Austria, Arthur Groß presented a section of his dissertation and Ryan Pearson presented his master’s thesis. In a compact format they both shared insights into their research on biochar’s effect on soil physico-chemistry, as well as transport processes in soil affecting biochar stocks. On the other remaining days of the conference, the presentations by other colleagues were eagerly listened to, connections with other researchers were established, and contemporary questions of soil and geoscience were discussed.
